Okay, so, I have wanted honey bees...and have kept a idea folder on Pinterest with bee keeping techniques and ideas for the future. When I asked Jake about it he said the economics wouldn't work out so ...no...I couldn't buy bees. However, it seems as if the Lord really does want me to have bees and harvest honey because when Abe and I went back to the honey suckle vine we heard a loud HUM...and sure enough a swarm of honey bees had settled in the tree above. I have called my local bee keeper and look forward to joining the Whitehouse Beekeeper Meeting to find out how to move the hive down to where I can access it. :)
